Group Exercise Class Descriptions

BODYATTACK™

A high-energy, calorie-consuming athletic workout that will push you past the limit with strong, simple moves and pumping music. This is the most intense workout you’ll find in the world of fitness – a session guaranteed to take no prisoners.

BODYCOMBAT™

BODYCOMBAT combines moves and stances developed from a range of self-defense disciplines such as karate, boxing, Tai Chi, and kickboxing. It is a fiercely energetic experience taught in a safe and simplistic manner. Designed to fight fat and kick calories, it is a great cardiovascular workout that’s all out fun.

BODYPUMP™

A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! After an exhaustive study, BODYPUMP was verified by The University of Auckland as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.

BODYSTEP™

BODYSTEP is the ultimate way to give your body a high energy cardioblast and tone the hips and thighs. With over 2,000 steps per session you’ll see results in record time. Get in step with one of the best fitness classes the world has to offer.

BODYSTEP Athletic™

The BODYSTEP Athletic variation uses short bursts of circuit-inspired functional training during tracks 3,4 and 5. This is where there is 45 seconds of intensity followed by 30 seconds of recovery. There is also an athletic circuit track featured towards the end of the workout.

BODYJAM™

The cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance.  An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat.  Instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55 minute class.

BODYVIVE 3.1™

Les Mills BODYVIVE – lets you get in shape at your own pace with a low- impact, group fitness workout that leaves you fizzing with energy. Using the VIVE balls, VIVE tubes and optional hand-weights, you choose the intensity that energizes your future.

CXWORX™

CXWORX is the intensely challenging 30 minute core workout that gets you results where it counts the most.

RPM™

Take the ultimate ride! RPM incorporates cycling, choreography and motivational coaching techniques to give you a completely safe, aerobic, adrenaline ride. Get in the zone and find out why RPM is totally addictive.

RPM™ +

Ready for the ultimate ride plus? This 60 minute format gives you all the benefits of a 45 minute class plus an extra hill climb and a speed work set. Prepare to ride it like you stole it!

BODYCOMBAT Kids™

This 45 min class for kids ages 5-13  class is fiercely energetic with fun music and martial arts inspired fitness moves.  BodyCombat kids is just a shortened, kid friendly version of the original BodyCombat.

Body by Barre 

Blends traditional Pilates movement principles with low-impact, isometric strength training.  High reps of small range-of-motion movements will give you sculpted arms, toned legs, a lifted seat and strong abdominals.  You will receive a full-body workout with muscle-shaping interval training exercises that elevate your heart rate and reshape your body.  It also incorporates stretching exercise to increase flexibility and lengthen your limbs.

 CTY Dance Fitness 

Commit to You!  Challenge yourself physically and mentally while losing yourself in all genres of music and different styles of dance!  Sweat it out to today’s hits, yesterday’s favorites, including popular rhythms heard around the world.

 L-I Aerobics 

Basic low-impact, easy-to-follow moves plus toning exercises (crunches, leg lifts, back, arms, etc.).

 Pilates 

The original Core workout: Pilates mat class. Strengthen your core muscles with body weight resisted movements. Develop longer leaner muscles, blending strength and flexibility. Some classes use Pilates mat equipment. Come join us for a challenging total body workout.

 Pilates Core Conditioning 

A higher intensity 30 min. workout targeting the deeper core muscles. Blending the best of intermediate and advanced Pilates with classic abdominal exercises. With the use of props we challenge the abs while improving flexibility, stability and coordination.

 Power Yoga 

A more challenging 60 minute vinyasa-flow style class which incorporates all of the traditional yoga postures into a sequential flow of poses that will leave you feeling a little sweaty but also clear in body, mind, and spirit. This is a great cross training class for athletes. Beginners are welcome.

 TBS 

With Total Body Stretch, treat yourself to soft, relaxing music as you enjoy a well-deserved total body stretch. This class utilizes bands, rings, and rollers.

 Yin Yoga 

Recharge your batteries with this simple yet powerful practice of Yin yoga!  It’s a combination of seated and laying down held postures.  This style of yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body and the fascia that covers the body.  This practice will bring you peace, better sleep, and sense of well-being.

 Yoga 

This class combines movement, stillness, and breath to create an invigorating flow of poses that leads to strength and flexibility, discipline and meditation. Modifications shown.

 Yoga With Props 

Yoga is a physical exercise that takes into account the whole person, body, mind, and spirit. The use of props in yoga make the practice more accessible for the average person. Props can especially benefit if you are looking to work with an injury or increase flexibility.

 ZUMBA 

Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.

 ZUMBA Kids 

This 45 min dance-fitness program designed exclusively for kids. They will learn dances with choreography to multi-cultural music! For kids and pre-teens ages 4-13.
