Meet Our Trainers

All of our personal trainers hold a two or four year degree and/or a nationally accredited certification. We hire trainers with various backgrounds and specialties to meet the needs of our members. In addition, all of our personal trainers are required to have current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification

Expertise in strength & conditioning, weight loss/weight management and sports specific training.
Morgan was a collegiate soccer player at the University of Idaho. She enjoys outdoor activities: hiking, running, wake boarding and any new and exciting outdoor adventures.

Personal Trainer/Fitness Supervisor

Expertise in injury prevention/rehab, lifestyle & weight management, functional/core/balance training.
Tiffany moved to the Tri-Cities in 2005 from Hawaii where she lived and raised a family for 17 years. She enjoys spending time outside of the gym with her children, watching them play all of their many sports, and personally enjoys playing soccer, volleyball and running.

Matt spent 5 months with the University of Washington Strength and Conditioning Program, he coaches high school football and is in love with the 3 F’s Family, Friends and Food!

Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant

Expertise in helping others reach their potential of a healthy life style through creating a well balanced exercise program to meet their needs.Kelly graduated from Eastern Washington State University with a degree in Exercise Science and is currently perusing her Masters in Holistic Nutrition from American College of Health Care Sciences. She enjoys outdoor activities with her family including camping, hiking, running and spring triathlons.

Expertise in strength and conditioning, functional movement training, injury prevention and corrective exercise, swim instruction and training. Jesse graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Kinesiology. Worked 5 years as a Division I Women’s Swim Coach at WSU. 4 years as a Strength & Conditioning intern at WSU. Coaches High School Swimming at Richland and Hanford.

Personal Trainer Credentials

NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) The NSCA’s Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance. NSCA-Certified Personal Trainers (NSCA-CPT) educate and train clients regarding their health and fitness needs. These certifications are nationally accredited programs in the fitness industry, widely respected and internationally recognized.

ACE (American Council on Exercise) The American Council on Exercise in a nonprofit organization that is committed to enriching quality of life through safe and effective exercise and physical activity. Founded in 1985, today ACE is one of the largest fitness certification, education and training organizations in the world.

ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) The American College of Sports Medicine is considered the ‘gold standard’ certification in the fitness industry. It is the oldest and largest sports medicine and exercise science association in the world.

ISSA (International Sports Science Association) The International Sports Science Association is the industry leading first fitness organization in the U.S. that is accredited by a federally recognized agency the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC). ISSA’s mission is to inspire each student to impact the quality of life with whom they come in contact with.

NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) For more than 20 years, the National Academy of Sports Medicine has set the standard in certification, continuing education, solutions and tools for health and fitness, sports performance and sports medicine professionals. NASM has pioneered evidence-based health and fitness solutions that optimize physical performance and allow individuals to achieve a variety of fitness activity goals.

Personal Training Hours

Personal trainers are available to take clients Monday-Friday 4:30am-8:00pm and various hours on the weekends. An appointment is required to work with a trainer.
