*A non-refundable binder of 20% of the rental fee must be paid for the date to be reserved. Pelican Bay has an additional $350/hour (2-hour minimum rental) available seasonally.

*A non-refundable binder of 20% of the rental fee is required when scheduling your rental. Pelican Bay has an additional $350/hour (2-hour minimum rental) available seasonally.
A $500.00 damage deposit is required for all ‘After Hours’ club rentals. The damage deposit will be returned to you within one week after your event date and after a thorough clinic, inspection is conducted as outlined in the Facility Rental Agreement. Sales tax not included.
