CBRC Kids Club Attendants provide quality care for CBRC members and guests ages 6 months up to 13 years. Kids Club Attendants work multiple part-time shifts weekly providing excellent customer service.
Essential Functions
- Supervise all children in the Kids Club.
- Actively engage with children and parents.
- Observe and enforce Club policies and rules.
- Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the Kids Club.
- Be attentive to all activities in and around the Kids Club area to ensure the safety of all children.
- Be familiar with Emergency Action Plans to be prepared in case of any unforeseen events.
- Greet children and parents as they enter and exit the Kids Club.
- Work effectively and professionally with co-workers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years of childcare experience preferred
- Must obtain Infant and Child First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to safely lift and hold children
- Ability to set up play equipment and pick up toys
- Must be able to communicate well with children
- Excellent verbal and written communication with adult parent(s) required
- Commitment to customer service
- Requires the ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
