Help fuel the CBRC experience and create a welcoming space for our members to relax, recharge, and connect.
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Deli/Sandbar Attendant who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality food and beverage service while helping create the vibrant, community-driven atmosphere CBRC is known for.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages with efficiency and care
- Greet members and guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Process orders and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting deli and sandbar space
- Support daily operations, including stocking and light food prep
- Promote menu items and assist members with selections
Key Job Duties:
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock inventory and monitor supplies throughout shifts
- Support opening and closing procedures, including seasonal sandbar setup and breakdown
- Maintain cleanliness of prep areas, service counters, and dining spaces
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Assist with member questions and provide prompt, friendly service
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, team-first attitude with strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Food service or hospitality experience preferred
- Food Worker’s Permit (or ability to obtain)
