We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Attendant who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. In this role, you’ll welcome members, support daily club operations, and help make CBRC a place where people feel connected and cared for.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and respond to member needs promptly
- Schedule tennis courts, massage appointments, and club spaces
- Process check-ins and point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Share information on club programs, services, and upcoming events
- Support program registrations and promote club offerings
- Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment
Key Job Duties:
- Manage multi-line phone system and front desk traffic efficiently
- Monitor member accounts and communicate any issues appropriately
- Assist with daily operational tasks, including basic audits and reporting
- Direct members and guests throughout the facility
- Address member questions or concerns with professionalism and care
- Support emergency procedures as directed by the Manager on Duty
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, team-first attitude with strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
