Why CBRC?
At CBRC, Group Fitness is about more than getting through a workout. It’s about helping people discover what they’re capable of, creating connections, and giving members a place where they feel encouraged to keep showing up.
Our instructors are an important part of that experience. They learn members’ names, celebrate progress, provide encouragement on challenging days, and create the energy and sense of community that can turn exercise into something people genuinely look forward to.
If you are a knowledgeable and motivating fitness professional who loves helping others move, grow, and achieve their goals, we would love to have you on the CBRC team.
