Paul Jones
Pickleball Director
Paul grew up in Yakima and moved to the Tri-Cities in 2010 for work with his wife Bev. They have four children and a bunch of grandkids! Paul has worked in the graphic design and ad agency business since graduating from the Art Institute of Seattle in 1989. Paul grew up playing tennis! He also played and coached volleyball.
He first played Pickleball with a group of friends from work and quickly fell in love with the game! He feels the social connection with the Pickleball community is amazing! His passion for the sport inspired him to establish Club 509 Pickleball back in 2018. His greatest source of pride stems from the collaborative effort spanning five years with the City to bring the public courts at Lawrence Scott Park to fruition. This achievement stands as a deeply gratifying milestone for him. Paul feels extremely happy to have the opportunity to make pickleball his full-time job and work with the team at CBRC.
