All regularly scheduled classes will be cancelled on October 20th, excluding yoga and pilates

Power Reformer Group Classes

 

Convenient 2 Week Sessions:

  • October 8 – 18
  • October 22 – November 1

The Power Reformer class is a total body workout on the Pilates Reformer. This class integrates Reformer exercises with increased spring resistance for strength training and the jump board attachment for cardio with no impact on your joints.

THIS 28 DAY CHALLENGE INCLUDES:

  • Weekly menus, recipes and grocery lists (family friendly) tailored to you and your customized portion size.
  • Nutritional support and accountability with food journaling.
  • Unlimited Alloy Team Training and exercise recommendations.
  • Weekly weigh-ins and food journal checks.
  • Before and after 3D body composition testing.
  • Prizes awarded to those with the most percentage of weight lost!

AquaTrack Opening September 29!

On your mark, get set… have fun! Just because Pelican Bay Water Play is closed for the season, doesn’t mean that the excitement has to end! Think of it as a floating obstacle course. Balance, coordination, endurance… On the AquaTrack, every skill is required.  The AquaTrack will be located at the outdoor pool and is geared for swimmers ages 6+.

AquaTrack will be open Saturdays 1:00pm-5:00pm  & Sundays 2:00pm-6:00pm.
