Pickleball Court Reservation Rules

Reservations are for 1.5 hours beginning at 4:00 AM on weekdays. On Saturdays and Sundays, all reservations are for 1.5 hours beginning at 7:00 AM.
Under an Individual Membership, only one reservation is allowed on the books at any one time. A Couple or Family Membership permits up to two reservations, each attributed to a distinct family member.
Reservations may be made online through a member’s user account, CBRC app, or in person. The member who is making the reservation must be on the court during the assigned reservation period.
Members are required to check in at the Front Desk. No-show fees of $20.00 will be applied for missing your reservation.
Reservations may be made up to four (4) days in advance. That makes a total of five days on the books, the present day, and the following four. Times become available at 7 AM online on the day you can make the reservation. For example, reservations can be made for any time Friday after 7 AM on Monday. The next reservation can be made after the starting time of the current reservation that you have on the books.
Back-to-back reservations will not be allowed.
Same-day reservations can be made if courts are available.
In order to prevent courts from going unused during the day, a Late Cancellation policy is enacted. All courts must be canceled at least six hours prior to the scheduled time. Courts canceled with less than six hours notice will be subject to a $15 late cancellation fee.
