Team of Exercise Professionals

All of our Exercise Professionals hold a two or four-year degree and/or a nationally accredited certification. We hire professionals with various backgrounds and specialties to meet the needs of our members. All of our Exercise Professionals are required to have current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification.

Morgan Fewel

WELLNESS DIRECTOR

Personal Trainer Since 2008

Education: B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Idaho

Certifications: Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Balanced Habits Certified Food Coach, Percussive Therapy Performance Specialist, TRX Certified, Les Mill RPM Instructor, Les Mills CORE Instructor, CPR/AED, and First Aid Certified.

Expertise: Strength and conditioning, balance and core strengthening, sports-specific training, weight loss, and weight management.

Fun Fact: She played Division I soccer at the University of Idaho all 4 years, GO VANDALS!

Tiffany Malone

Personal Trainer Since 1991

Education: A.A. from SPS Community College

Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA), TRX Certified, Percussive Therapy Performance Specialist, CPR/AED, and First Aid Certified.

Expertise: Functional, core, and balance training, injury prevention, youth conditioning, and postural/corrective exercise and assessment.

Fun Fact: Lived in Hawaii for almost 20 years!

Matt Bunday

Education: B.S. in Exercise Science from Central Washington University

Expertise: Strength and conditioning, functional strength, myofascial release, MMA training, and self-defense.

Fun Fact: Internship with the University of Washington’s Strength and Conditioning Department.

Education: A.A. in Fitness Instructing from Lake Washington Tech

Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA), Posture Mobility Specialist, Percussive Therapy Performance Specialist, Balanced Habits Certified Food Coach, TRX Certified, CPR/AED, and First Aid Certified.

Expertise: Functional training, posture/mobility/stability training, and heart rate training for endurance athletes.

Fun Fact: Competes in triathlons!

Whitney Patterson

Expertise: Injury prevention, strength and conditioning, TRX suspension training, and power plate training.

Fun Fact: 2019 Empire Classic 72kg Powerlifting Champion and 2019 Lift for Pits 63kg Powerlifting Champion!

Fun Fact: Born in Elizabeth Town, Kentucky, he moved to Washington when he was 3, and enjoys collecting sneakers as a hobby!
