Testimonials
- “Since starting my Pilates training at CBRC in The Pilates Studio, my flexibility and strength have improved tremendously. ”
- “I have been doing Pilates in the Studio for a little over a year now. The results for me are evidenced in my increased strength, mobility, balance, and recovery on the tennis court. I have received many comments about how well I’m moving and the noticeable difference in my play from those I compete with regularly. Pilates has made a marked improvement in, not only my tennis, but also in everyday life: feeling better, moving better and embracing/enjoying a much improved quality of life thanks to Pilates!! ”
- “Adding Pilates to my workouts has allowed me to improve my flexibility and recovery, especially noticeable now that I’m skiing two or more days a week.”
