Rooted in the original method, our studio offers personalized instruction and group reformer classes designed to strengthen, lengthen, and transform your body.

Monday & Wednesday
9:30 AM – Reformer with Props
4:30 PM – Reformer Basics
5:30 PM – Intermediate Reformer

Tuesday & Thursday
9:30 AM – Intermediate Reformer
4:30 PM – Reformer with Props
5:30 PM – Reformer Basics

Reformer Basics
Ideal for beginners or those wanting to refine fundamentals.

Reformer with Props
For experienced clients ready to deepen their challenge.

Intermediate Reformer
For experienced participants. Instructor approval required.

How to get started

  • Attend a Studio Open House ~ Next Open House is Saturday, April 18th 9 – 10 AM
  • Register for a Reformer Basics Class
  • Schedule a complimentary 30-minute Pilates Starting Point Session

Vicki Jordheim

Power Pilates Comprehensive Certified Instructor

Pilates Trainer Since 2012

Education: M.S. in Counseling and Guidance from Oregon State University

Certifications: Power Pilates Comprehensive Certified (all apparatuses and mat), 5 Les Mills Certifications, ACE Pilates Mat, CPR/AED, and First Aid Certified.

Expertise: Over 30 years in the Fitness Industry!

Fun Fact: Teaches mat Pilates at Barnard Griffin Winery!  Beavs Fan!  Loves to be outdoors camping, hiking, and kayaking!

Elaine Rice

Balanced Body Mat 1 and Reformer 1 Certified

Education:  B.A. in Liberal Arts & Culture

Certifications:  Reformer I, Mat I Movement Principles Balanced Body certified, Sports Performance Coach Certification USA Weightlifting, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through IIN (Institute For Integrative Nutrition)

Expertise: Rehab and flexibility. Running and sports conditioning.  (Taught reformer and mat Pilates at a Sports Therapy Clinic and Chiropractic Clinic)

Fun Fact: I competitively raced mountain  bikes as a sponsored athlete when I lived in Arizona for 5 years.

Fun Fact: Avid Skier!  She loves her dog!
