CBRC Health & Wellness Clinic’s Senior Fitness Programs will focus on:
Flexibility: This promotes healthy muscles, joints, proper posture, and helps avoid injury.
Aerobic & Strength: Aerobic is important to help maintain stamina and heart health. Strength training is crucial for everyday life and keeps bones strong.
Neuromotor: “true functional fitness”. This incorporates skills such as balance, coordination, gait, agility, and proprioceptive training.
- Living Stronger group training can also accommodate participants with arthritis, osteoporosis/osteopenia, cardiovascular disease, and Parkinson’s Disease. Cost: $6 per class.
- Mondays and Wednesdays 11:00 am-11:45 am.
- Hydrotherapy is designed especially to increase mobility with a range of motion while increasing strength and flexibility in a low impact environment. This is an enjoyable class with a loyal, fun-loving group. This is free to all CBRC members. Hydrotherapy Schedule.
