HOW’S THE PARKING?
Parking is easy at the clinic. We have plenty of spaces directly in front of the clinic, overflow spaces on the west side of Terminal Drive and during busy times we also use the additional parking in the back of the clinic in the parking lot at the Benton/Franklin Council of Government Building, and across Terminal Dr. at US Ecology Building.
DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS AND TOWEL SERVICE?
We have a large number of lockers, which are available for daily use. Pool/shower towels are available in the locker rooms. Small workout towels are available in the weight room, cardio center and in each group exercise class. CBRC is not responsible for items lost or stolen.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE A CARD TO CHECK-IN?
All person(s) on membership must have their picture taken for identity purposes. You will be issued a membership card that makes checking in much easier and faster, but if you forget your card simply stop by the front desk and we will verify your membership and make sure you get checked in. All members MUST check in at the front desk upon entry. Cards are used to validate your identity. Therefore, membership cards are required and if you need a replacement card, there will be a small fee.
DO I HAVE TO REGISTER FOR GROUP CLASSES?
It is best to pre-register for Group Exercise classes (this can be done up to 7 days in advance). A $15.00 no-show fee will be assessed if you do not attend without prior cancellation. Members may not hold spots for other members.
CAN I BOOK TRAINING OR OTHER CLINIC STUFF BY PHONE?
Almost everything we offer, beyond those things included as part of everyone’s base membership, such as group exercise, can be booked by calling the Front Desk at 509-943-8416. Members can also view these offerings on their own by using the clinic’s website: www.mycbrc.com, or by downloading our APP in your APP store (MYCBRC).At any time, you are unfamiliar with the use of any of our equipment, please do not hesitate to ask a staff member for assistance.
HOW DO I BRING A GUEST?
Guests are always welcome at the clinic. If your guest is a resident of Benton or Franklin counties, they are welcome to visit the clinic three times per calendar year. If your guest is from out of town, we offer temporary, short-term memberships that come in daily, and one-month memberships. See a Membership Services Representative for more information. Guest fee prices are as follows: 0-5 years of age $10.00, 6-13 years of age $15.00, 14+ years of age $20.00.
CAN I MAKE MY PAYMENTS FOR MY MEMBERSHIP AT THE CLINIC?
Yes, payments can be made at the Front Desk at any time. Forms of payment that may be used include cash, check or credit card. Payments for classes or services are due at the time of registration and can also be paid at the front desk or charged to your clinic account.
CAN I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, memberships can be changed at any time in the membership services office. A $25.00 processing fee will apply.
WHAT IS THE ONETIME TOWEL FEE?
The onetime towel fee is for the towel service that is provided within the clinic. Towels are available in most areas of the clinic. Because of this the towel fee is mandatory and NOT an optional feature of membership. This towel fee is billed onetime only when you start your membership and is non-refundable. RULES AND REGULATIONS
As a member of CBRC Health & Wellness Clinic, you will have available a recreation/health facility equipped to meet the ever-increasing demand for leisure time and wellness activities. In order to help you achieve that relaxation and enjoyment, we have established the following Rules and Regulations. These are in effect and replace and supersede any prior Rules and Regulations of CBRC Health & Wellness Clinic.
MEMBERSHIP DEFINITIONS
Individual- Any one person 14 years or older. Minors under the age of 18 must have the membership agreement signed by a parent or guardian.
Junior- Any one person 18 years or younger attending school. Minors under the age of 18 must have the membership agreement signed by a parent or guardian.
Couple- Any one person, one spouse (married), or any dependent children under the age of 18*, or domestic partnership and living in the same household.
Family- Any one person, and/or spouse (married), or domestic partnership and any dependent children under the age of 18* living in the same household.
*Children who are full-time college students, unmarried, and living at home may remain on membership through age of 22.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
1) The facilities and services of the Clinic are to be used solely by the members of the Clinic, their families and guests in the manner provided by these rules and regulations, by periodic notices and signs, and by the membership agreement. Violation of these rules and regulations will result in the re-evaluation of the membership with possible restrictions, damage charges, and/or cancellation of agreement by the Clinic.
2) It is the responsibility of each member and guest to check in at the Front Desk upon arrival at the Clinic. This requires presenting your membership card to the Front Desk attendant, pay any charges for guests and, if any court reservations were made, announcing arrival for the court time. The Clinic may refuse entry or use of the facility to anyone without a valid membership card.
3) Members losing their membership card will be allowed to use the Clinic two times and then they will be required to replace the card at the fee of $2.00 plus tax, per card. After the two non-card visits, admittance may be denied without the membership card being replaced.
4) All members must have on file a Par-Q before using the Clinic. It is the responsibility of the member to contact their physician and ascertain their personal and/or family member’s physical and medical limitations. Member agrees to take full responsibility for maintaining their limitations while taking part in any activity within the CBRC facility.
5) Children under the age of 14 may not be left unattended.
6) For the safety and privacy of our members, the use of electronic devices is discouraged in the locker rooms. As a courtesy to other members, cell phone use should be limited to urgent calls. Private areas are available if needed. Photography is strictly prohibited.
7) Member understands and agrees that all accounts are due upon receipt. A late charge will be assessed on any balance not paid before the next billing cycle.
8) Member understands and agrees that fees paid to the Clinic are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, joining fees, towel fees, monthly dues, lesson fees, and purchases.
9) Member understands and agrees that upgrades will take effect immediately and downgrades will go into effect at the end of the month once all terminated membership cards are turned in and a new agreement is filled out. Each membership will receive one upgrade or downgrade at no charge. Each additional upgrade or downgrade will be $25 plus tax.
10)Monthly dues are assessed regardless of the number of times the facilities of the Clinic are utilized. Should dues become delinquent, the member may not be entitled to use the facility. Monthly dues are still required, as per membership agreement, when privileges are suspended for non-payment of dues.
11)A membership is not considered terminated until CBRC receives 30 days written notice, membership card(s), and payment of all fees due in accordance with the terms stated on the membership agreement. All membership card(s) must be returned or further dues will be assessed beyond the 30-day written notice. Terminations will not be accepted over the phone; they must be in writing and contain an original signature.
12)All persons on Club premises shall conduct themselves in an orderly, safe, courteous, quiet, and sportsman-like manner at all times.
13)Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 4:00AM-10:00PM, Friday 4:00AM-9:00PM and Saturday-Sunday 7:00AM-8:00PM except for the following:
-Limited hours are posted for holidays.
-Clinic will be closed in observance of Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Easter.
-Special or abnormal events may force the Management/Owner of CBRC to change the normal hours of operation at times. This type of change will be made public well in advance whenever practical.
THE FOLLOWING RULES ARE HEREBY INSTITUTED FOR THE VARIOUS AREAS OF THE CLINIC BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
GENERAL:
1) Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian of 18 years to be admitted into CBRC
2) Eating is limited to the Deli area/Pelican Bay unless authorized for special occasions.
3) Alcohol purchased outside of the clinic is NOT permitted on the premises.
4) Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times throughout the Clinic except for the locker rooms and the swimming pool areas.
5) Smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco are not permitted in the Clinic or outdoor pool area.
6) Wet bathing suits are limited to pool areas and the locker rooms.
7) CBRC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
TENNIS COURTS:
1) Only Non-marking shoes may be worn. Marks left by shoes on court will be assessed a fine of $15.00.
2) Only acceptable tennis attire is to be worn.
3) No beverages, food, or gum are allowed in the court area.
4) Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the tennis viewing gallery.
5) Refer to tennis court reservation sheet or our website for reservation policy.
6) Marks left by shoes on court will be assessed a fine of $15.00.
RACQUETBALL/HANDBALL COURTS:
1) Only Non-marking shoes may be worn. Marks left by shoes on court will be assessed a fine of $15.00.
2) Proper attire and shirts must be worn at all times.
3) It is highly recommended that protective eye guards be worn by all players at all times on the courts.
4) No beverages, food, or gum are allowed in the courts.
INDOOR SWIMMING POOL:
1) No diving allowed!
2) Only approved flotation devices will be permitted in the pool.
3) Full soap showers must be taken before use of swimming pool or hot tubs. (Washington State Law)
4) Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, aged 18 or older. If the parent or guardian wishes to use other areas of the Clinic, the parent or guardian must register the child who is between the ages of 6 and 13 years of age with the lifeguard on duty. Children under the age of 6 must have a parent/guardian present in the immediate pool area at all times.
5) Pool and Spas close 15 minutes before the Clinic closes.
6) Everyone must follow pool rules posted in the pool area.
7) Lap swimmers are expected to share lanes when needed/necessary
8) Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the ‘Hot Spa’ (WA State Law)
OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL:
1) Diving is permitted only in the designated area. (Deep end of the OUTDOOR pool only!)
2) Only approved flotation devices will be permitted in the pool.
3) Full soap showers must be taken before use of swimming pools.
4) During times when a lifeguard is present, children between the ages of 6 and 14 must have a parent/guardian present at the Clinic. Children under the age of 6 must have a parent/guardian present in the immediate pool area at all times.

6) During times when a lifeguard is not present, the rules are as above for the indoor pool.
7) Lap swimmers are expected to share lanes when needed/necessary
FITNESS CENTER:
1) Wipe all equipment after use with towels and cleaner provided.
2) Be courteous and do not rest on or monopolize equipment.
3) Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times. No open toed shoes allowed.
4) Minimum age is 10 (with youth orientation completion) to use Fitness Center. The Rockwall Room is available for children ages 7-13. Please see Kid’s Club Manual for additional information.
5) Return free weights to trees or racks after use. Never leave weights on the floor.
6) Use only one pair of dumbbells at a time and return them to the rack after use.
7) Observe safety precautions and help spot for others.
8) Circuit trainers have priority on the Life Fitness push button circuit. Non-circuit trainers must relinquish equipment to circuit trainers.
9) Orientations to the Life Fitness equipment are recommended before use.
RUNNING/WALKING TRACKS:
1) Slow runners are limited to the inside lane of the track on running/walking tracks.
2) Spiked running shoes and starting blocks are not permitted on the tracks.
3) Acceptable gym or running attire must be worn. Shirts must remain on at all times.
4) Observe running direction dictated by odd/even days.
AEROBIC AREA:
1) No one under the age of 13 is allowed in the aerobic classes, except for designated classes. Please check aerobic schedule.
2) No one under the age of 13 is allowed in the aerobic hallway or activities room unattended.
3) All persons must adhere to additional rules and etiquette, posted in aerobic hallway.
4) No black-soled shoes allowed on wooden floors. Some court shoes or cross trainer shoes may be acceptable if they can be shown not to mark up the floor. No running shoes permitted.
Violations of the foregoing Rules and Regulations may result in the suspension or termination of any membership, ejection or exclusion from the Clinic’s facilities, and/or any action the Clinic Management may deem appropriate. The Rules and Regulations are for the benefit of the entire membership of CBRC and may be revised from time to time as necessary to ensure an environment that is compatible with smooth clinic operation and meeting the needs and desires of its members.
