Columbia Basin Fitness Club, LTD dba Columbia Basin Racquet Club (CBRC) wants you to know that all sales of classes/services advertised for or on behalf of CBRC and purchased by the customer are final.
By purchase whether in-house or online and initiated by the customer directly or by a staff member on behalf of the customer, the customer acknowledges that some purchases of services may have a specific time period (ex: 24 hours) for which cancellation is allowed and return is afforded. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand the cancellation policy time period for any service that is purchased. CBRC reserves the right to change this policy for any services at any time without prior notice.
CBRC reserves the right to issue refunds and/or cancellations after customer purchase on a case-by-case basis only. The customer must communicate by personal appearance or in writing with an appropriate representative of CBRC to request any refund/cancellation/adjustment to a purchase of goods or services. A telephone call may resolve any issue a customer has, but CBRC is under no obligation to act on a telephone call.
In the case in which the customer enters into a membership contract with CBRC, the Buyer’s Right to Cancel is made part of the signed agreement. The customer acknowledges that any online purchases or reservations that are made by or on the customer’s behalf by the customer directly or by a representative of CBRC bound the customer to the purchase or reservation made. If any reservation or purchase is in error, the customer must immediately notify CBRC of the error which must be in writing. CBRC maintains sole discretion to refund or adjust any online transaction that a customer initiates. By use of CBRC, its facilities, and/or purchase of goods and/or services, the customer agrees and understands that use of third-party websites are utilized to provide the customer with the ability to reserve/buy goods and services. CBRC makes no guarantee as to any third-party websites’ ability to function as customers may expect. CBRC will make every effort to facilitate customer use of any third-party websites CBRC uses to provide goods/services.
