CBRC Health & Fitness Senior Fitness Programs will focus on:
Flexibility: This promotes healthy muscles, joints, and proper posture, and helps avoid injury.
Aerobic & Strength: Aerobic is important to help maintain stamina and heart health. Strength training is crucial for everyday life and keeps bones strong.
Neuromotor: “true functional fitness”. This incorporates skills such as balance, coordination, gait, agility, and proprioceptive training.
Programs Available:
- Living Stronger group training can also accommodate participants with impaired mobility, limitations due to injuries or illness, and/or any chronic conditions. Cost: $10 per class, or monthly rates range from $57-$68.
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11:00 am-11:45 am.
- Hydrotherapy is designed especially to increase mobility with a range of motion while increasing strength and flexibility in a low-impact environment. This is an enjoyable class with a loyal, fun-loving group. This is free to all CBRC members. Hydrotherapy Schedule.
