Morning Exercises for the Kiddos
When I was a kid, I either remember jumping out of bed and running outside to play or wanting to stay in my warm bed and never get out! Whether or not your kids are early risers, here are some fun morning exercises to get them out of bed!

Morning Stretches for Seniors
Stretching in the morning is a great activity for everyone! Daily Caring has a great list of morning stretches for seniors (or anyone!), which can all be done from a seated position in a chair.
