Body by Barre
Blends traditional Pilates movement principles with low-impact, isometric strength training. High reps of small range-of-motion movements will give you sculpted arms, toned legs, a lifted seat and strong abdominals. You will receive a full-body workout with muscle-shaping interval training exercises that elevate your heart rate and reshape your body.
Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
Flex & Engage
A low impact class centered on Flexing and Engaging the body through isometric movements, gentle and precise stretching ,and weight resistance exercises. Come ready to Flex , Engage, and Challenge your body in new and exciting ways. Classes are held in Racquetball Court #3 and chairs will be provided.

Pilates Core Conditioning
A higher intensity 30 min. workout targeting the deeper core muscles. Blending the best of intermediate and advanced Pilates with classic abdominal exercises. With the use of props we challenge the abs while improving flexibility &, stability and coordination.
A more challenging 60 minute vinyasa-flow style class which incorporates all of the traditional yoga postures into a sequential flow of poses that will leave you feeling a little sweaty but also clear in body, mind, and spirit. This is a great cross training class for athletes. Beginners are welcome.
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session*. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. Tai Chi is a low-impact exercise that can improve balance, flexibility & muscle strength, reduce stress, and generally promote good health. It originated centuries ago in China as a martial art, and has evolved to become highly recommended as a regular practice by many health professionals. Movements are done in slow motion with a focus on breathing and the internal energy of the body. Often described as meditation in motion, it is suitable for all ages from teens to the elderly. Tai Chi can also be adapted for anyone, from the most fit, to those confined in wheelchairs, or recovering from surgery.
With Total Body Stretch, treat yourself to soft, relaxing music as you enjoy a well-deserved total body stretch. This class utilizes bands, rings, and rollers.
Iyengar emphasizes the integration of body, mind and spirit. Iyengar yoga emphasizes the development of strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, as well as concentration (Dharana) and meditation (Dhyana)
Recharge your batteries with this simple yet powerful practice of Yin yoga! It’s a combination of seated and laying down held postures. This style of yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body and the fascia that covers the body. This practice will bring you peace, better sleep, and sense of well-being.

Yoga With Props
Taught in the Iyengar tradition. You will focus on alignment while using youga belts, blocks and bolsters. You will be putting less stress on the body while building strength, stability & balance. Balancing techniques will also be emphasized to help quiet the mind and connect the body. This class is open to those with all levels of experience as well as those with injuries.
Preschool Kids Yoga Flow
A dynamic and imaginative Yoga class with child centered class curriculum; ages 4-7. Our class time will include elements of calm body/calm mind (meditation), yoga flow series designed to challenge those fast growing brains , and engaging storytelling that accompanies a truly amazing class that will keep any child engaged and learning the whole way through. Class is 45 mins.
