CBRC has personal training for everyone! Personal training is not just a luxury, or an exclusive service at CBRC. Here, we are proud to offer personal training for people of all ages and fitness levels. Celebrating the range of people who take advantage of personal training, CBRC Fitness Director, Morgan Fewel, shares that “we have clients that are 9 to 90 (years old)!”
CBRC offers a variety of personal training approaches,including one-on one, partner, and small and large group training. Whatever style you prefer, we can meet your needs! Check out our affordable rates.
Unlike other trainers, personal trainers at CBRC are not just repetition counters or stop watch holders – they are real problem solvers. Our personal trainers truly invest in your personal goals and success, and tailor programs to your individual needs.
Currently there are 11 personal trainers on staff. Morgan describes that “we are here for the accountability, motivation, and change that you need, but seem to not be getting on your own. Our trainers all certified and keep up with continuing education on a yearly basis.”
CBRC is proud to offer several personal training programs like sports specific training for winter sports and more. In addition, we are excited to offer alloy training, body composition testing, reformer classes, and nutrition programs.
In case you didn’t know, Alloy training is a premiere personal training program where “strength meets motion […] that provides proven results in layers!”
Body Composition Testing just got way more precise with our state of the art program that allows us to “leverage body composition measurements to calculate body fat percent with incredibly high precision. We use the 3D body composition model to highlight changes in shape and/or to set goals.”
